Nestled between Manukau Harbour and Karioitahi Beach, Waiuku (meaning “brown water”) is a quirky township with a rich history.
The Kentish Hotel, Waiuku’s social focal point, is New Zealand’s longest-standing tavern, and its walls are decorated in its lore.
